Terms of use

These terms apply to Jowe Stage, the community and Market, Jowe Crew, Jowe Control and the jowestage.com website. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account details and for keeping access secure. Tell us if you suspect misuse. You must be at least 13 and old enough under your local law to enter into this agreement, or have a guardian's permission.
Your content
What you publish stays yours. To show and distribute it on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for as long as the content is published. You confirm you hold the rights to what you publish, including third-party music, images and shaders.
Conduct
You may not publish illegal, hateful, harassing, graphically violent or exploitative content; infringe copyright; spam; try to access other people's accounts or systems; or use the services to deceive or defraud. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Market and purchases
Market items are licensed for the buyer's personal use and performances, not for resale or redistribution, unless the creator states another licence. Purchases made on the iPad also follow App Store rules, including for refunds. Creators are responsible for the items they publish.
Events
In Jowe Crew, the event organiser is responsible for the menu, prices, tickets, staff and guest service. Jowe provides the tool.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties such as Apple, Stripe or AI providers whose keys you configure. Their use follows each provider's terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the services stable, but they are provided as is, may change and may be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jowe is not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by equipment, network or third-party failures during performances and events.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may close or suspend accounts that break these terms.
